What do you teach and what to expect?
I teach all yoga formats on the Love schedule plus the love of my life, BUTI - a fusion of HIIT, yoga, plyometrics, intuitive dance & sick beats.
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?
I Came to the Valley with the fam for a "sabbatical year" in 2018 & was at the Love Grand Opening in 2019! Could not stand to be without Whitefish so found a way to make it our home.
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?
On the ski hill, at the lake, in the backcountry & at various school and sporting events around the PNW supporting my teen kiddos.
Surprising fun fact about you?
I was voted "Class Clown" in Middle School!
