What do you teach and what to expect?
I teach vinyasa yoga, power flow, sculpt, & barre.
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?
Ended up in Whitefish on a suggestion from a friend in 2022 and cant seem to stay away even tho I leave for a little.
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?
I’m eating cheez-it’s, talking to my dog, or hanging with nature.
Surprising fun fact about you?
I love to be alone and read fiction.
