What do you teach and what to expect?
I teach power barre! In my classes, for music you can expect your classics mixed with current remixes and the sappy heart wrenching cool down songs. I love to mix up my classes. I have a pretty typical warm up that I like the start with and then from there, I love to get creative with your traditional barre moves. And I LOVE to use props. I will always give you a modification and ways to make the moves more challenging if you so wish to do so.
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?
I moved up to Whitefish with my husband and our golden retriever in January of 2023 from Austin Texas. His family lives here and he had a great business opportunity up here so it was a no brainer after living in Austin for many years and ready for a change!
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?
In the winter you can find my on the ski mountain for only about 2-3 hours a day. I’m a fair weathered snowboarder, although I do love it. In the summer, we love to spend our time on whitefish lake, wake surfing and cruising around at sunset. My loves to golf, so you may also see my sitting outside on the patio at Whitefish Lake Golf Course enjoying a cold drink while he plays! We have a 1 year old golden retriever and are always walking her around town and on trails!
Surprising fun fact about you?
****I actually have such a crazy fun fact about me but I can never share it in instances like this or in school when they would ask because it’s slightly inappropriate.
So my next go to is - I am ambidextrous, I write with my right hand but I eat with my left. And when I play tennis and pickleball I just switch between hands!
