What do you teach and what to expect?
I teach barre, and students can expect a full-body workout focused on toning and sculpting muscles, improving flexibility, and increasing mind-body awareness, all set to an energizing, beat-driven playlist.
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?
I grew up in Montana and graduated from Flathead High School in Kalispell. After high school, I left to see all of the other places and it turns out we live in the best one, so I moved back home in 2017.
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?
You will most likely find me spending time adventuring outside on my bike or skis.
Surprising fun fact about you?
I’m currently in graduate school working on a doctorate in Reading Science.
