What do you teach and what to expect?
I mainly teach Vinyasa, but you may see me on schedule for any of the LoveYoga Classes from Yoga, to Sculpt to Barre! No matter the class type,I strive to offer an intentional, encouraging and uplifting space for attendees to practice mind-spirit-body connection.
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?
My Husband and I followed my in-laws up here, wanting to get closer to family and the mountains. Whitefish quickly became our forever home, and we have since had our second child here. We love raising our two boys in the magic of the Flathead Valley.
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?
Outside of the Studio I work full time in the world of Tech Start-Ups in addition to raising our two boys. You can catch me working from coffee shops or biking around town with my boys. Between skiing, hiking, biking and swimming, we spread our free time depending on the season.
Surprising fun fact about you?
I am originally a Georgia Peach! While I have moved around a lot, my claimed home town is Athens, Georgia.
