What do you teach and what to expect?
I mostly teach Sculpt, but you might catch me leading a barre class sometime. Whatever the case, expect to be rhythmically led by the energy of the soundtrack to enhance the sweat and deepen the meaning of each movement.
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?
Well that's an interesting story lol. Summarized, a dude and a sort of re-birth after losing my fitness studio to covid and more recently becoming an empty nester, watching my baby birds soar solo in the big wide world.
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?
Walking or running around town. Definitely a thrift store. Probably the WF Safeway because I'm a food nerd and love to cook. I spend way too much time there. And most likely anywhere where there's some rad LIVE music.
Surprising fun fact about you?
My degree is in Fashion Design. I'm also a DJ.
