What do you teach and what to expect?
I teach the HOT 26 Original Hatha Yoga Series. Expect to sweat it out! Challenge your mind and body. And FEEL GREAT after class!
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?
I ended up in the Flathead valley, because it's so beautiful! close to nature and has a warm atmosphere. I lived in a lot of other states, but MT definitely is on the top of my list.
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?
You would see me spending time with my 4 year old English cream golden retriever called Mia.
Surprising fun fact about you?
I almost become a professional tennis player. I was traveling so much as a kid playing tournaments. It was pretty serious, but It was also really fun!
