When we host a workshop at LOVE, it’s because we have something truly special to offer you. We aim to provide workshops that will help you deepen your yoga practice, enhance your understanding of self, and connect more deeply with others.
Whether it’s a deeper dive into yoga through lecture and discussion, a women’s moon circle, a sound circle or kirtan ceremony, or the chance to study with a visiting teacher, you will always leave with a fresh perspective on yourself and your practice.

Lughnasadh Astrology and Tarot workshop.
The traditional beginning of the harvest season, Lammas (or "loaf mass"), is the mid-point between the Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox. It offers an opportunity to pause and celebrate the changing of the seasons, both within and around you. Themes of this time include gratitude, craftsmanship, mastery, and firstfruits.

Join Candace for a 2-hour Kundalini Workshop focused on “Awakening the 10 Yogic Bodies.” In Eastern physiology, beyond the physical body, there are nine additional subtle realms including the Soul Body, Negative Mind, Positive Mind, Neutral Mind, Arc Line, Auric Body, Pranic Body, Subtle Body, and Radiant Body. This Kriya utilizes breath, movement, bandhas, mudras, and mantras to help us connect with our full creative and energetic potential, concluding with a soothing Pluto gong bath during Savasana for deep integration and relaxation.
