What do you teach and what to expect?
I teach Yoga and Sculpt. expect a challenging class that will work your entire body head to toe. classes are fun and always different. all levels are welcome as I give modifications and options.
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?
I ended up in Valley after losing a business due to Covid shutdowns. fell in love here and never went back home.
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?
Playing with my three dogs on a mountain or on the lake. I love hiking and just being outside.
Surprising fun fact about you?
I am going to be a grandma for the first tine in July.
