What do you teach and what to expect?

My intention is to create a welcoming and safe environment for you to tune into what’s going on inside your body and mind. I will offer different sequences or flows but always encourage you to do what feels best in your body. I hope to instill curiosity about what your body needs at any moment, whether on or off the mat, in addition to the practice of listening to and honoring those needs. I hope you leave my classes feeling grateful for the amazing things your body can do.

How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?

I was placed in the Flathead for my internship to become a registered dietitian. I loved it so much that it quickly became home, and I never left!

Where would we see you outside of LOVE?

Outside the studio, I spend as much time as possible in nature, hiking, backpacking, peak bagging, foraging, or skiing. You also will probably find me eating ice cream at Sweet Peaks.

Surprising fun fact about you?

I am unapologetically a Swiftie at heart.
